Jack DeGiovanni has been a practicing attorney serving his clients in both Rhode Island and Massachusetts for over 30 years. Concentrating in the areas of Workers’ Compensation, Personal Injury, and Social Security disability, Jack has spent his career fighting for his clients’ rights, ensuring they receive the benefits and compensation they are entitled to. Jack prides himself in getting great results for his diverse clients by aggressive litigation or sharp settlement negotiations. No matter the circumstances, the Client comes first!

Jack graduated from Quinnipiac University School of Law in 1986 and was admitted to the Rhode Island Bar that same year, He is also a member of the Massachusetts Bar since 2001, and has maintained his busy practice in both states. Jack is also admitted to the US District Court in Massachusetts and Rhode Island, as well as the United States Supreme Court.

Extremely well respected in the legal community, Jack has lectured extensively in the workers’ compensation area. He has been a member of The Association of Trial Lawyers, The Rhode Island Association for Justice, The Justinian Law Society, The Workers’ Injury Law and Advocacy Group, The National Italian American Bar Association, and has served as the Chairman of the Workers’ Compensation Bench/Bar Committee for over 10 years. He currently serves on the Governor’s Workers’ Compensation Advisory Council as the representative for Employee Counsel, and is a member of the Board of Governors for the Rhode Island Association of Justice.

Jack was born in Providence in 1960 and has been a Rhode Island resident through his life.
